2) Heather MacDonald is your single point of contact, for where you live and how and when you get there. Your first and only call can be to Heather. Her network becomes your network, and if not in her network she will source and vet any other resources you need or want.

3) Heather usually only accepts 10 new long-term clients per year given the time required for being on-call for troubleshooting or planning sessions. Heather really values this time for building a high-trust relationship with clients and their families.
