Big House in a Big-Hearted Neighbourhood
With just over 3,000 sq.ft. of living space and situated on a court in a wonderful pocket of the neighbourhood, this home smiles big and says “pick me…no regrets”! You can check out the tour right now if you want, or just take a moment to consider the hidden pleasures of this home in the quick notes below. You can also book a private Virtual Zoom 3D Showing with me. Experience meeting together virtually inside the house and “walking around” and talking together as long as we want, and schedule it anytime we want! The Utility Room is just that, but with a nice workbench and a cedar-lined closet built-in which I think has really made the most of this utility space!
Upstairs the Master Suite is a haven of peace and privacy, yet again, within reach of younger children across the hall. The family bathroom is large with double sinks and an easy clean tub & shower, with floor space that accommodates the morning or bedtime rush. Speaking of floor space and features…
